What are some pros and cons about your program?
Pros: Cognitive science major is able to get you exposed to a wide range of subjects. Especially ideal for those who are interested in mind and its process. Ever since high school,
I was fascinated by how various languages function in the brain, and how is the brain reacting to different languages. That’s why I chose cognitive science.
The program provided me with the essential scientific knowledge. Moreover, it taught me how to think critically.
Cons: I have to explain what cognitive science is every time when I go to an interview
What were some valuable involvements at school that taught about yourself and oriented your goals?
Academic is important, but I think extracurricular is a lot more beneficial to personal growth.
Been involved in HKSN and other student clubs really helped me in gaining relevant experience towards my career.
Most regretful thing you’ve done at McGill
Did not go on exchange.
